1. Information We Collect

We only collect data that is necessary to provide you with a great experience.

• Account Information: Name, email address, and profile picture provided during sign-up.
• Content You Upload: Photos and videos you add to your drills and training library.
• Purchase Information: Subscription status and purchase history, processed through Apple and our subscription provider (RevenueCat). We never receive or store your payment card details.
• Usage Data: On our website, aggregate analytics about which features are used, to help us improve the product. The mobile app does not include analytics or activity tracking.
• Device & Diagnostic Information: Device model, operating system version, app version, and crash or error reports used to diagnose problems. We do not collect advertising identifiers (such as IDFA or Android Ad ID) and do not track you across other apps or websites.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the information collected to:

• Operate and maintain your account.
• Provide, personalize, and improve app functionality.
• Process your subscription and manage entitlements.
• Send push notifications you have enabled, and communicate updates or security alerts.
• Diagnose crashes and errors to keep the app stable.

3. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with:

• Service Providers: Cloud hosting and infrastructure (Amazon Web Services); authentication (Amazon Cognito and Google Sign-In); subscription management (RevenueCat); crash and error diagnostics (Sentry); push notification delivery (Expo); and website analytics (PostHog). Each processes data only to provide its service to us.
• Embedded Video Content: Some drills display videos hosted on third-party platforms (such as YouTube) inside the app. When you play them, those platforms may collect viewing data under their own privacy policies.
• Legal Compliance: If required by law or to protect our users' safety.

4. Your Rights and Choices

Regardless of where you live, we provide the following tools:

• Access & Portability: Request a copy of the data we have on you.
• Correction: Update your information directly in the "Profile" settings.
• Deletion: You may delete your account and all associated data at any time via Profile > Account Settings > Delete Account.
• Push Notifications: You can turn push notifications on or off at any time in your device system settings.

5. Data Security & Retention

We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256) to protect your data. We retain your personal information only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services.

6. Regional Disclosures
